The manufacturer warrants that the motor(s) will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. Other electrical components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturers defects for one year from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Under the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. Parts to be repaired or replaced must be shipped with adequate packaging and shipped to the manufacturer or an agent that the manufacturer chooses at customer’s expense. Return shipping is not included in this warranty. The manufacturer may at their discretion appoint an agent to carry out any duties associated with this warranty. Responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following: subsequent purchasers, any machine that has been moved or sold to another address, repairs or replacements or damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuses, flood, earthquake, fire, or other natural calamity, accidental damage or improper setup, plastic housing components, writing or labels, or the belt. This warranty extends only to repair or replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of the components proved to be defective in material and workmanship.

One-time full replacement warranty. The manufacturer will replace any defective machine within 3 years from the date of sale, free of charge (excluding shipping charges).  A one-time replacement is available during the term of the warranty. The replacement machine is not covered by any further warranty coverage. A copy of the original invoice is required, along with proof of ownership (identification and address verification may be required).
