Shipping & Returns

We are confident that you will love your new Vibra Pro whole body vibration machine. However, if within the first 7 days of receiving the machine, you find that your machine is defective, you may ship the machine back to us (at your shipping cost) and we will replace it with another brand-new unit. The defective machine must be shipped back in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included, as originally shipped, and must be in sellable condition. After we have had time to inspect the returned machine (usually within one week), we will send you a replacement machine. VibraPro will pay all shipping charges under these circumstances, including your return shipping costs.

If within 7 days of receiving your new machine, you are unhappy with it for any reason, and it is not defective, you may return the machine for a refund. All shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Units must be shipped back in original packaging with all parts and accessories, as originally shipped, and must be received in sellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% – 20% for returns which are packaged improperly or have missing items. After we have had time to inspect the returned machine (usually within one week), we will issue a refund in the same manner as the original purchase.

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-638-0387, and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product. Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations which are authorized to accept the inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your machine was originally shipped from, do not necessarily accept the inbound merchandise. Many of these terminal locations are outbound only. Do not ship the machine to the location where your machine came from originally. Vibra Pro will not be responsible for merchandise shipped to us at any unauthorized location, or without a valid RMA.

Warranty

All new Vibra Pro machines are covered by a limited warranty.

Available warranty options for all Genesis Machines:

Platinum Genesis Replacement Warranty – $399 – One-time full replacement warranty. The manufacturer will replace any defective machine within 3 years from the date of sale, free of charge (excluding shipping charges). A one-time replacement is available during the term of the warranty. The replacement machine is not covered by any further warranty coverage. A copy of the original invoice is required, along with proof of ownership (identification and address verification may be required).

Gold Genesis Warranty – $199 – The manufacturer warrants that the motor(s) will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 3 years from the date of sale. Other electrical components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale. All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Under the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. Parts to be repaired or replaced must be shipped with adequate packaging and shipped to the manufacturer or an agent that the manufacturer chooses at the customer’s expense. Return shipping is not included in this warranty. The manufacturer may at their discretion appoint an agent to carry out any duties associated with this warranty. Responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following: subsequent purchasers, any machine that has been moved or sold to another address, repairs or replacements or damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuses, flood, earthquake, fire, or other natural calamity, accidental damage or improper setup, plastic housing components, writing or labels, or the belt. This warranty extends only to repair or replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of the components proved to be defective in material and workmanship.

Silver Genesis Warranty – $129 – The manufacturer warrants that the motor(s) will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. Other electrical components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Under the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. Parts to be repaired or replaced must be shipped with adequate packaging and shipped to the manufacturer or an agent that the manufacturer chooses at the customer’s expense. All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturers defects for one year from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Under the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. All other components are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if, under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment, the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Under the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. Shipping

VibraPro whole body vibration machines are packaged in heavy duty cartons, specifically designed to withstand the rigors of shipping and are designed for shipping by Fed Ex. Machines are packed with foam protection in a rigid cardboard inner box and the inner box is packaged inside a second outer cardboard box with special honeycomb packaging to avoid damage during shipping. VibraPro products are shipped via Fed Ex where available. Shipping is available within the continental United States and surcharges may apply for locations in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipping is available to other locations, please ask a sales associate for details and pricing regarding shipping to locations outside of the U.S.A. Shipping is not available to P.O box addresses.

Shortly after your purchase, you will be contacted by our shipping department with specific details about the shipment, such as tracking information (dependent on which level of shipping service you have chosen), which you can use to track your shipment and see exactly when it will arrive.

With the special steps we have taken to protect the packages during shipping, it is rare that your machine will suffer any damage during shipping. However, even with all these precautions, it is possible that damage may occur during shipping. If there is any damage to the cartons upon receipt, you should advise the delivery driver and note such damage on any paperwork that you may be asked by the driver to sign. Immediately notify us of any damage and take pictures of the damage if possible. Do not open the carton(s) until you have spoken with a customer service representative at VibraPro. Following these procedures will speed up the process of having a new replacement machine sent out to you.

A signature may be required upon receipt of merchandise, as proof of delivery. Please make certain that an adult is able to be home at the time of delivery to sign for receipt of goods. Delivery drivers are not required to bring the cartons inside your home or garage. They are only required to bring the goods to your doorstep. Use caution when bringing cartons into your home. The boxes are heavy and may require 2 people to carry safely. If you will be unable to perform this task, as a sales associate about white glove delivery service, if available in your area.

Standard shipping – $99 – Standard ground shipping by USPS. Approximate delivery in 12 – 25 business days from the date of purchase. No tracking information is provided.

Silver shipping – $165 – Ground shipping by Fed Ex. Approximate delivery in 7 – 12 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be provided.

Gold shipping – $195 – Approximate delivery in 4 – 6 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be provided.
Platinum shipping – $699 and up. Expedited air freight to most airport locations throughout the world. Please contact a sales associate for further details. Tracking information will be provided, if available through the carrier.

White Glove delivery service – $799 and up – This special professional service is available in some metropolitan areas. The machine is delivered and brought inside your home or business. Professionally set up and adjusted. Cartons and packaging material are discarded afterward. Please contact a sales associate for pricing and availability in your area.
