    Warranty

    The manufacturer warrants that the motor will be free of manufacturers defects for a period of 5 years from the date of sale. Other electrical components are warranted to be free of manufacturers defects for a total period of 2 years from the date of sale. The manufacturer will repair or replace the above parts if under the manufacturers reasonable judgement the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship. Failure to perform scheduled maintenance including lubrication will void this warranty. Maintenance log may be required as proof of adherence to maintenance schedule.

    Under the warranty period the manufacturer will provide the necessary parts for replacement only. Labor and/or shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. Parts to be repaired or replaced must be shipped in adequate packaging and shipped to the manufacturer or an agent that the manufacturer chooses at the customers expense. Return shipping is not included in this warranty. The manufacturer may at their discretion appoint an agent to carry out any duties associated with this warranty.

    Responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following: subsequent purchasers, any machine that has been moved or sold to another address, repairs or replacements or damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuses, flood, earthquake, fire, or other natural calamity, accidental damage or improper setup, plastic housing components, writing or labels, or the belt. This warranty extends only to repair or replacement (at the manufacturers discretion) of the components proved to be defective in material and workmanship.

    Shipping and Returns

    We are confident that you will love your new VibraPro whole body vibration machine. However, if your new machine is defective in the first 7 days, we’ll exchange it for a new unit. Units must be shipped back in original packaging with all parts and accessories, as originally shipped, and must be in sellable condition. After we have had time to inspect the returned machine (usually one week), we will send you a replacement machine.

    Non defective machines, can be returned within 7 days. All shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from exchange credit value. Units must be shipped back in original packaging with all parts and accessories, as originally shipped, and must be received in sellable condition. After we have had time to inspect the returned machine (usually one week), we will issue you a credit towards the purchase of another machine. This credit must be used in its entirety within 1 year of issue. Credits or remaining balances have no cash value.

    We will refuse any machine sent back to our warehouse that does not have a valid RMA number. Machines may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your machine was shipped from, do not accept inbound merchandise. These terminals are outbound only. Do not ship the machine to location where your machine came from originally. Contact our customer service department to receive a valid RMA number and correct address for shipment.

    We shall not be responsible for any shipping damage. We highly recommend that you insure the shipment. The cost of missing items, repackaging costs and repair costs for damaged machines will be deducted from the exchange credit.
